A.K.E.T.S RULES AND REGULATIONS

I – SCHOOL RULES

1:1 – Bow before entering or leaving the school room.
1:2 – Remove your shoes or slippers when your are entering the school.
1:3 – Stretch yourself or review your techniques if you are inside the school.
1:4 – Silent and full respect are observed inside the school.
1:5 – Eating/Drinking/Food is not allowed inside the school room. 
1:6 – Wear your uniform based on the schedule.
1:7 – T- shirts or other are not allowed to be worn under the white uniform tops. (For Boys Only)
1:8 – No patches or lettering will be allowed on the uniform, other than the Organization or school patches.
1:9 – Remove your wrist watch or jewelry when you are in your martial arts uniform.
1:10 – Do not join the class if you are sick or not feeling well.
1:11 – Do not join the class if you have a monthly period. (For Girls Only)
1:12 – If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask your Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors or Assistant Instructor.
1:13 – Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed in the class.
1:14 – No sparring will be conducted without the Instructor’s permission or supervision.
1:15 – When sparring the required fighting protectors must be worn. Mouth piece, groin cup, chest guard, forearm guards, shin guards and head gear.
1:16 – Any students who want to use equipment owned by the school like; kicking shields, pads, bags, arnis, etc. must have the Instructor’s permission and must return equipment after use.

II – HOW TO RESPECT YOUR SUPERIOR

2:1 – Bow to the Hari or Grandmaster, masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors and Assistance Instructors when you are entering or leaving the school premises.
2:2 – Courtesy and respect will be show to the Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Assistant Instructors, all ranking students, co-students at all times. No arguing or talking back will be permitted.
2:3 – If you need to ask a question to the Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Assistant Instructors you must Bow (Pugay) first and stand in parallel stance with hands behind your back then Bow (Pugay) again before leaving.
2:4 – Absulutley no questions to the Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Assistant Instructors if they are busy.
2:5 - Give your full attention to the Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Assistant Instructors when they are demonstrating something relevant to the course.
2:6 – When forming a line you must move fast and quiet as you can.
2:7 – Address and talk to the Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Assistant Instructors in the best manner. 
2:8 – Do not address Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Assistant Instructors by their names. You must call them Hari or Grandmaster, Master, Sir or Ma’am. Yes Sir, No Sir, Yes Ma’am, No Ma’am must be used at all times. I

III – HONESTY

3:1 – respect your School Akets Martial Arts and the Mother Organization. Arnis Kali Escrima Telebangco System.
3:2 – Respect the Hari or Grandmaster, Masters, Senior Instructors, Instructors, Assistant Instructors and the higher belts. 
3:3 – respect your brother and sister co0-students in the martial arts.
3:4 – Respect your brothers, sisters and especially your parents. 
3:5 – Respect the people older than you. 
3:6 – Respect GOD the Creator of the Universe.

IV – DISHONESTY

4:1 – Do not use your knowledge or martial are to provoke trouble inside or outside the martial arts school.
4:2 – Do not use your hands or legs to hit your brothers, sisters and especially your parents.
4:3 – Avoid public showing.
4:4 – Do not teach martial arts to somebody outside the school without permission or approval by the Hari or Grandmaster or Authorized Instructors.
4:5 – Do not participate in any martial arts tournaments without permission or approval by the Hari or Grandmaster or Authorized Instructors.
4:6 – Do not perform demonstration in public without permission or approval by the Hari or Grandmaster or Authorized Instructors.
